I don't think it will end in 2012 but people should work like the world will never end and also live like the world is going to end tomorrow. Because nobody really knows his end.

No, not at all! I've heard it explained that the world is changing around the 'pivot' of 2012, but there won't be a noticeable difference in the year itself.
